At Samad Fragrances, we ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. Refunds are available for damaged bottles. Issues with packaging or external boxes are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds for Damaged Bottles

If your bottle arrives damaged, we will offer a refund or replacement. Please follow these steps to request a refund:

Inspect Bottle on Delivery: Check the condition of the bottle upon arrival for any damage. If the bottle itself is damaged, take clear photos of the issue.
Submit a Refund Request: Email samadfrag@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, including:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged bottle
Return the Bottle if Required: We may ask you to return the damaged bottle for inspection before processing your refund. Instructions will be provided if necessary.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the damaged bottle, we will confirm the status and, if approved, process the refund within 2 working days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tampered Products Policy

Refunds will not be issued for products that have been tampered with, used, or altered after delivery. Tampering includes broken seals, opened packaging, or unauthorized handling of the bottle.

Handling Tampered Products

- If the bottle shows signs of tampering upon delivery, email us with proof within 14 days.
- Returned items will be inspected; if the bottle is altered after delivery, the refund request will be denied.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the bottle is damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our perfume oils have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of opening, provided they are stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. After 24 months, the fragrance may start to degrade or change in scent.

Apply Perfume to pulse points like the wrists, neck, and behind the ears, where the skin is warm. Moisturizing the skin before applying fragrance can also enhance its longevity.

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the delivery address before the order has been dispatched.
