At Samad Fragrances, we ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. While we do not offer returns, we provide refunds for damaged products or if other issues arise.

Refunds for Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, we will offer a refund or replacement. Please follow these steps to request a refund:

Inspect Product on Delivery: Check your product upon arrival for any damage. If found, take clear photos of the issue.
Submit a Refund Request: Email samadfrag@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, including:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
Return the Product if Required: We may ask you to return the damaged product for inspection before processing your refund. Instructions will be provided.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the product, we will confirm the status and, if approved, process the refund within 2 working days Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tampered Products Policy

Refunds will not be issued for products that have been tampered with, used, or altered after delivery. Tampering includes broken seals, opened packaging, or unauthorized handling.

Handling Tampered Products:

If the product shows signs of tampering upon delivery, email us with proof within 14 days.
Returned items will be inspected; if altered after delivery, the refund request will be denied.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Approval Criteria: Refunds are granted only if the product is damaged or meets criteria for tampering during transit.
No Refunds for Scent Preferences: Dissatisfaction with scent or changes of mind are not eligible for refunds.
Final Sale Items: Samples, testers, and promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
